How to limit the harmful effects of pollution on your skin?

Pollution concerns us all: 92% of the world's population lives in a polluted environment according to the WHO.

Pollutants such as particles, ozone, nitrogen oxide and dioxide, and sulphur dioxide not only damage our health, but also have a significant impact on the skin and cause unfortunate consequences.

Hypersensitivity, hyper-dryness, tightness, dullness, how to remedy it?

We tell you everything!

Remove invisible particles without harming!

  • Start by gently removing your make-up with our Camellia Oil Cleansing Oil, which will perfectly cleanse and remove your skin in a gentle and respectful way.

Exfoliate!

  • Twice or three times a week, perform a gentle exfoliation with Chamomile Gentle Scrub which gently exfoliates and rids your skin of dead cells. Regular exfoliation of the skin helps to regenerate skin cells and revive the complexion.

Moisturize!

  • Apply a moisturizing cream like Chamomile Sweet Cream morning and night. This helps to replenish and strengthen your skin's hydrolipidic film thanks to the moisturizing agent of Vitamin F and Shea butter, present in this product.

And above all: Hydrate from the inside out by drinking 1.5L of water daily. Our skin needs water to produce new cells and to give it radiance.

But also, favour antioxidant foods (red fruits, parsley, banana, dark chocolate...) which boost the skin's fortification and fight against skin imperfections.
