Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Our shipping times are as follows:

- For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 12:30 pm, the order will be shipped the same day.

- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:30 pm, the order will be shipped the next day.

- For any order placed from Friday after 12:30 pm to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.

- For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.

International delivery is made by Colissimo, or in express mode by TNT or Geodis. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination:


Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount at his local customs office.

We are currently unable to deliver to Russia.  

 

Returns & Exchanges

Would you like to return a product? No problem! For all returns, please send us a short e-mail to [email protected ] to let us know. Please include: your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a request for an exchange, voucher or refund. In this way, you can be sure that your request will be processed quickly and efficiently. 

Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside metropolitan France are at the Customer's expense.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package. 

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

If the article is refused by KOS PARIS, it will be returned to the Client at the expense of KOS PARIS without the Client being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the Customer, a purchase voucher is automatically created and sent to the Customer.

Orders placed on the KOS PARIS website cannot be returned or exchanged in the points of sale distributing the KOS PARIS brand.
